If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Policy Conditions:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase on CertifyCRM.com, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team via support@certifyCRM.com
  • You must provide the email address you ordered with and a reason for your refund request.
  • Our support team will process your refund request within 3 business days. 
  • Once your refund has been processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.
  • If you have accessed any course content, including video lessons, quizzes, or any other materials, we may be unable to process your refund. This is to prevent abuse of our refund policy and protect our intellectual property.
  • In case of any technical issues or problems, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately so that we can assist you and resolve the issue. We will do our best to ensure you have a satisfactory learning experience.
